Field Service Planner

Planner should have the ability to do and manage the following :
- Communicate with customer to confirm work schedule prior to dispatching FSR
- Compilation of deviation forms on bFS for any scope variation/schedule deviation/ safety concern /site access or technical issue
- BFS Timesheet Adherence: 95% & BFS Timesheet updated promote Clocking
- Timely completion of assigned WO in bFS (Minimize late WO)
- Use Master Planning Tool
- Use Geolocation when available
- IB Tracking responsibility: Ensure IB tracking available inside WO at creation stage and verify IB is updated before WO closure
- 100% WO have to get associated with IB product
- Promote Schneider signature: Polite / On time / Branding / Quality level / good communication with customer
- NPS/NSS & FTFR at the required level for Services: country target
- Ensure VIP Process/ escalation
- 100% Update customer contact
- Country Field Services Sales target and CCO GM is achieved
- Ensure work order Type is filled in correctly from creation to closure
- 0 backdate WO creation
- Schedule 100% WO Stage 2 to 4 by taking in consideration, customer requirements, FSR's skills and location
- WO are proactively scheduled/rescheduled Workload Backlog and Revenue Recognition knowledge
- Schedule according with WO estimated standard (Vigilant on FSR feedback)
- Manage Calendar white spaces & optimized workload balance to scheduled Site intervention, PM,FSB, IB Tracking, Trainings,
- FSR travel optimization (geolocation, ...)
- Ensure all WO are filled with Quoted duration and Scheduled duration to leverage Master Planning Tool
- Review WO duration deviations within quoted/ scheduled/actual/standard hours & inform management/PM.
- Partners & FSR dispatch
- Ensure safety Documents in BFS (Risk Assessment, LOTO, Pictures) for each WO
- Ensure sub-contractor engaged by us follows safety guidelines & get Avetta certification
- Proactive participation to SIM
- Ensure all FSR skills are updated in BFS
- Get real understanding on job to be performed & FSR constraints
- Team cooperation

*- A Bachelor's degree
- 3 years of experience
