Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Execute and supervise various Liner Hanger (LH) operations at the well site.
  • Perform completion tools redressing and preparation, ensuring all QA/QC documentation is accurate.
  • Manage receiving, dispatching, and asset inventory to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Support post-job reviews and client discussions for investigations and service quality improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with Weatherford s HSE, Security, and Quality policies, promoting a strong safety culture.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to junior specialists and workshop personnel.
  • Drive continuous improvement in processes, equipment reliability, and service performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications

  • 3 6 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, with proven history running Liner Hanger jobs.
  • High School Diploma or Bachelor s Degree in Engineering required.
  • Technical/Vocational Certificate preferred.
  • Solid workshop experience with Liner Hanger tool redressing.
  • Ability to conduct client discussions, lead job investigations, and handle post-job packages.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of mechanics, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
  • Good command of mathematics, physics, and computer fundamentals.
  • Proven problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Excellent time management, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and perform accurate tool assemblies/redressing.
  • Strong client interaction and reporting skills.
  • Physically capable of performing field and workshop duties.
