Roles & Responsibilities
Role - Field Technician – FTTH / Telecom
Type - Outsourced
Location - Across UAE
Salary - 4000-4500 AED+Standard UAE Benefits
Key Responsibilities
Install and maintain fiber optic (FTTH), routers, and network equipment
Attend service requests and resolve network faults and connectivity issues
Perform installation, testing, and troubleshooting at customer premises
Update job status and activities in system/tools (PDA/mobile)
Coordinate with technical support teams for complex issues
Ensure accurate reporting of incomplete or pending tasks
Maintain professional conduct while interacting with customers
Follow safety, quality, and operational procedures
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience
1–3 years of experience in FTTH / GPON / telecom field operations
Hands-on experience in installation and fault resolution
Ability to work independently in field conditions
Qualifications
High school diploma (minimum)
Diploma in Telecommunications / Electrical / Networking (preferred)
Basic networking knowledge with good communication skills
