Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Administer direct patient care, meticulously monitoring vital signs and responding promptly to changes in condition to ensure patient safety and comfort.
- Accurately document all patient assessments, interventions, and responses in the electronic health record, maintaining clear and concise communication with the healthcare team.
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care strategies, empowering them to actively participate in their recovery.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans, advocating for patient needs.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from an accredited institution.
- Holds a valid Philippine Nurse (RN) license, demonstrating professional competency.
- Has at least 2-3 years of progressive experience in a hospital setting, preferably in a specialty area like critical care or medical-surgical.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
