Roles & Responsibilities
Job Summary:
The Admin Officer is responsible for supporting day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring smooth office workflow, and providing assistance to management and staff. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Administration:
- Manage incoming/outgoing correspondence, emails, and documents.
- Maintain and organize company records, files, and databases.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents as required.
- Coordinate office maintenance, supplies, and equipment.
Employee Support
- Assist HR in onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
- Support staff with administrative requirements, such as approvals, travel, or documentation.
- Help coordinate training, meetings, and staff events.
Coordination & Communication:
- Act as a point of contact between management, employees, and external vendors.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Assist in liaising with government agencies or service providers for documentation and compliance purposes.
Finance & Procurement Support:
- Assist in processing purchase orders, invoices, and payments.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment.
- Ensure timely procurement of office materials while maintaining cost efficiency.
Compliance & Record Keeping:
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records for audits and reporting purposes.
- Support management in preparing administrative reports and metrics.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Proven experience as an administrative officer or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Knowledge of local labor laws and office regulations is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
