Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Plan, design, and oversee engineering projects including roads, drainage, water systems, and site development

  2. Manage all phases of project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure

  3. Prepare project budgets, schedules, technical reports, and proposals

  4. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies

  5. Ensure compliance with regulations and standards

  6. Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality and progress

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s is a plus)

  2. 3–4 years of relevant experience, including project management

  3. Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MS Project

  4. Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and teams

  5. Excellent communication and leadership skills

  6. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
