The UAE Context

Edenred UAE is a fast growing payroll service provider serving more than 6,000 business and more than 2 million unbanked employees. We service over 10 banks and 35 financial institutions. The Role

We re looking for a Fincrime Operations Specialist to help safeguard our business and clients by ensuring we meet the highest regulatory standards. In this role, you ll handle client communications, assist with monitoring transactions, perform remediation actions and support reporting that keeps our operations transparent and secure. It s an exciting opportunity to be on the front line of compliance, combining analytical skills with ethical responsibility to make a real impact.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications related to compliance requirements, inquiries, and remediation efforts.
  • Draft, send, and track compliance-related communications in a clear, professional, and timely manner.
  • Work closely with onboarding and Fin-crime teams on data collection and remediation tasks.
  • Take the appropriate actions on customer accounts through following compliance SOPs.
  • Provide support in transaction monitoring activities; investigating, resolving and escalating alerts in a timely manner.
  • Escalate potential compliance risks, suspicious activity or issues to management when necessary.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in compliance, risk management, or related operational roles.
  • Strong knowledge of compliance ethics, principles, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, reporting) and data management.
  • Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity.
  • Experience with compliance management systems or tools is a plus.

Reporting Structure

The selected candidate will report directly to the Fincrime Compliance Manager who is responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements for financial crime risk mitigation and reporting.
