Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Financial Management: Oversee and manage all financial operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare, analyze, and present financial statements and reports to senior management.
  • Budgeting: Develop and monitor budgets, financial plans, and forecasts to support strategic business objectives.
  • Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring the company's financial stability and liquidity.
  • Accounting Operations: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including processing invoices, payments, and payroll.
  • Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and manage accounts payable and receivable to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Audit Support: Assist in the preparation of financial reports and audits, ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support overall business goals.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experience: Minimum of 7- 10 years of experience in finance and accounting roles.
  • Skills: Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Strong leadership qualities and the ability to mentor junior staff.
  • Software Proficiency: Familiarity with SAP and advanced Excel skills.
  • Certifications: Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or equivalent are highly desirable.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Finance Manager, Accounts Manager, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in financial and accounting software and tools.
