Required Finance Admin for Sharjah Operation
Job Description:
• Assist in paperwork for financing, credit life, accident and health insurance, and after sale items..
• Assist in insuring that customer s vehicle is registered in a timely fashion.
• Establish and maintain good working relationships within several finance sources, factory and otherwise.
• Maintain a working knowledge of current finance and lease rates and special related programs of all finance sources.
• Submit paperwork to and obtain approval from finance sources on all finance deals.
• Assist in preparing monthly penetration reports on finance penetration and share with F&I Manager.
• Re-check all paperwork for correct title, lien information, taxes, etc.
• Analyzing and maintaining records for all project transactions
• Reconciling travel and purchase orders
• Updating/Improving project expenditures & performance
Job Responsibilities :
• Proven work experience as a Finance Administrator, Finance Assistant or similar role
• Minimum of Associate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related discipline is required
• Highly organized and detailed-oriented
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (creating spreadsheets, charts and financial Excel functions)
• Good understanding of bookkeeping procedures
• Time-management and organization skills
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
• This position will be working on government related projects
