Principal Accountabilities:
• Develop, execute, and oversee financial processes and system, including monthly and year- end close
• Liaise with internal and external auditors during the audit process, provide necessary information to the audit personnel within the scope of audit parameters, escalate any findings, implement actions as instructed, and comply with the timelines as specified by the audit teams for completion of audits.
• Continuously updated with the latest international and local regulations and standards with strong ability to develop and implement them in the Company as per applicability.
• Monitor investment performance in conjunction with CEO, and make recommendations, reviews and discuss investments as per market situation, make appropriate recommendations and changes as stipulated by international standards and the Company Investment Guidelines.
• Perform quarterly portfolio reviews and prepare written research and performance reports
• Ensure submission of internal and external financial reports as per the specified timelines, as per company policies and as per statutes and standards governing financial reporting.
• Performing a risk assessment: Analyzing enterprise risks and identify potential risks and mitigants that are or could be affecting the company
• Act as a Board of Directors Secretary and perform Board related matters and governance aspects with the regulators.
• Liaison with internal departments and stakeholders to identify areas of continues improvements.
• Oversee the human resources and administration departments to ensure robust and smooth management and execution of objectives.
• Oversee the IT department to ensure robust and smooth management and execution of objectives.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications /Skills : -
• ACCA/CPA/ equivalent qualification.
• Experience in banking, insurance industry, experience in Finance, accounting, HR, IT.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Team leader, good planning and organizing skills.
• Sound analytical abilities with attention to details and strongly based decision making capability.
• Excellent leadership all around.
• Solid ability to use technological tools in finance, accounting, and Ms Office.

Experience :-
• Minimum Experience: 5 to 7 years
• 2 years at big 4 Auditing Firm is preferred
• Minimum 2 year at supervisory level
