Job Title Financial Analysis Sr. Manager.
To lead the strategic planning, financial management and reporting of Arabia OU, the largest Savola business across several markets (mainly Saudi, Gulf and LEVANT) and partner with commercial and sales teams to lead all category/brand/channel/market business strategies and P&L with the overall responsibility to establish and deliver revenue and profit targets, budget controls, competitive modeling and ROI analysis for all marketing and sales spending.

Manage the effective achievement of Finance objectives through the leadership of the department setting individual objectives, managing performance, developing and motivating staff, provision of formal and informal feedback and appraisal in order to maximize subordinate and the performance.
Budgets and Plans:
Contribute to the preparation of the Finance budget and monitor financial performance versus the budget so that the business is aware of anticipated costs/revenues and areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified.
Policies, Systems, Processes, & Procedures:
Implement approved departmental policies, processes, procedures and instructions to subordinates and monitor their adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner.
Supervises the day-to-day operations of Finance to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes and procedures.
Partner with marketing and sales heads of the Arabia OU
Establish a Go-To-Market Strategy long and short term
Strategic revenue management (Portfolio management on a category/brand/channel/market)
Day to day involves business topics at the heart (evolving channels, competition, and customers reality)
Competitive & market intelligence
Financial leadership within multi-functional teams
Develop and execute Pricing and promotion strategies
Grow share profitably, lead P&L for categories/brands/channel/markets to achieve profitable growth and achieve corporate targets long and short term
Market spending ROI (by brand, category, channel, market, store, customer)
Capability building in developing leaders for the future
Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices taking into account international best practice , improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.
Reporting: prepare reports timely and accurately to meet Savola and costing department requirements, policies and standards.
Health, Safety, & Environment:
Monitor the adherence to all relevant safety and environmental management procedures and controls to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high quality products/service and a responsible environmental attitude.
Perform other related duties or assignments as directed.
Qualifications, Experience, & Skills
Minimum experience of 10 years in FP&A and Commercial Finance and other fields of finance
Strong in building positive relationship, negotiation and interpersonal skills with business partners across all levels of the organization
Strong leadership and entrepreneurial skills (envision, inspire, engage, enable and execute)
Strong ownership and accountability
Advanced Knowledge of Financial Reporting Principles and Planning System/s, SAP, Oracle, Windows (Access, Excel, PowerPoint)
Proven track record in building a strong finance organization of leaders that will partner with business owners to deliver corporate targets facing different challenges
Proven track record in value creation and problem solving with different business partners suach as sales and marketing
Able to ensure all elements of the business is compliant.
