Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Partner with operations and commercial teams to drive financial performance across aviation contracts
-
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for aviation portfolios
-
Provide insight on pricing, margin sustainability, productivity, and cost optimisation
-
Monitor and protect contract-level margins in a high-volume environment
-
Deliver management reporting, KPIs, and performance analysis to senior leadership
-
Support cash flow management, billing accuracy, and working capital optimisation
-
Ensure strong financial controls and compliance across contracts
Desired Candidate Profile
Fully qualified or finalist ACCA / CIMA professional
-
Experience in manpower, outsourcing, or aviation-linked services preferred
-
Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills
-
Experience managing high-volume, contract-based environments
-
Advanced Excel and financial modelling capability
