Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Purpose:
To oversee and manage the company’s financial operations, ensuring accurate accounting, compliance with financial regulations, and effective financial planning and analysis to support business objectives.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations, including payables, receivables, payroll, and general ledger.
  • Prepare financial statements, management reports, and cash flow forecasts.
  • Monitor budgets, expenditures, and cost control initiatives.
  • Lead month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and audit requirements.
  • Liaise with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement financial policies, internal controls, and procedures.
  • Support strategic planning, financial analysis, and decision-making for management.
  • Supervise and mentor the accounting team to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Recommend improvements to financial systems and reporting processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or ERP systems).
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and financial documentation
