Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
A strategic leadership opportunity for a Finance Director to join an international consultancy business. You will lead the finance function, drive performance, and act as a key business partner to the CEO and executive team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the finance team across accounting, FP&A, treasury, and tax
- Drive financial strategy, business planning, and project performance reporting
- Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and governance frameworks
- Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and clients
- Strengthen internal controls, systems, and finance operations
- Build, mentor and grow a high-performing finance team
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Experience:
15+ years progressive finance experience, ideally in a leadership role
Strong commercial and ability to influence at executive/board level
Experience in scaling finance functions in fast-moving environments
Fully qualified accountant (CA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent)
Strong systems knowledge and data-driven decision-making mindset.
