Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
An Engineering & Contracting company is looking for a competent "Finance Executive" to be based at Head Office in Dubai.
- Handle end-to-end LC and BG processing, documentation, amendments, renewals, and closures.
- Manage banking transactions, fund transfers, account reconciliations, and coordination with financial institutions.
- Review and interpret Inco Terms for project-related procurement and commercial contracts.
- Support project teams in preparing financial documents for imports/exports, shipping, and vendor payments.
- Monitor cash flow, prepare MIS reports, and assist in budgeting and forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with corporate finance policies, audit requirements, and EPC contractual obligations.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Regular course of Bachelor of Commerce with OR Master of Commerce with an "Accounts & Audit" as a specialization
- Excellent communication skills
- 10+ years of experience in Engineering & Contracting companies including the gulf region.
