Position Overview

Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Executive to support the financial operations of its entertainment division in Dubai. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining accounting records, supporting audits, and assisting with cost control, budgeting, and forecasting activities. The position requires a proactive individual with strong analytical skills, capable of collaborating across departments to uphold financial integrity and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain cost reports, track operational expenses, and ensure financial accuracy in reporting.
• Support month-end closing by preparing payroll entries, reviewing accounting deliverables, and managing accruals and prepayments.
• Assist in project accounting and asset management by maintaining the fixed asset register and monitoring cash flow.
• Verify employee travel and expense claims for policy compliance and documentation completeness.
• Maintain organized financial records and ensure audit readiness through proper documentation and reconciliations.
• Support internal and external audit processes by preparing schedules, responding to queries, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial systems and reporting accuracy.
