Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee all financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with UAE regulations and international accounting standards, including VAT and corporate tax.
- Develop and implement robust financial strategies aligned with the company's strategic goals to drive profitability and sustainable growth in the UAE market.
- Lead and manage the finance team, providing mentorship, training, and performance evaluations to foster a high-performing and motivated team.
- Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports, including budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses, to senior management and stakeholders.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury functions to optimize financial resources and minimize financial risk.
Desired Candidate Profile
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
▪ Bachelor or Master Degree preferably in Accounting / Finance
▪ Professional accounting / finance qualification is an advantage (CPA, ACCA)
▪ Proficient in the Arabic and English Languages
▪ 12+ years of experience with at least 8+ years of strong experience in a similar role
▪ 8+ years working experience in the UAE, with appropriate familiarity with the UAE market and regulations KEY INTERACTIONS Internal External
▪ All the departments for matters pertaining to financial control such as budgets, expenses, cost allocations, financial transactions and reporting
▪ Auditors
▪ Vendors / Suppliers of Goods and Services ▪ Banks and Financial Institutions Employee’s Signature Nae
▪ Providing sound financial assistance and information to management in order for it to make important business decisions
▪ Lead by example and motivate subordinates to enhance performance and produce quality work, and ensure that they are continuously developed for higher-level roles
▪ Perform any other duties outside the scope as and when required
