Core Duties

* Assist with daily revenue reconciliations for rooms, F&B, and other outlets
* Support guest ledger and city ledger reconciliations
* Process supplier invoices, purchase orders, and verify expenses for accounts payable
* Post payments, conduct credit checks, and follow up on billing for accounts receivable
* Support payroll preparation and staff expense claims processing
* Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and management reports
* Participate in inventory counts for food, beverage, and operating supplies
* Ensure adherence to hotel accounting policies and internal controls
* Perform administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document organization

Candidate Profile

* Currently enrolled in a degree program in finance, accounting, business, or hospitality management
* Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting tools
* Good communication and organizational skills
* Ability to handle confidential information with accuracy
* Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn
