Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
What You ll Do
Coordinate the annual budgeting process, including revenue forecasts, expense projections, and capital expenditure planning
Prepare and oversee monthly management reporting, ensuring timely and accurate financial insights
Conduct continuous analysis of operations to identify synergies, efficiencies, and underperforming assets
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align financial strategies with broader business initiatives
Deliver business KPIs and ensure adherence to financial targets
Implement financial governance frameworks to strengthen compliance and reporting standards
Drive initiatives to enhance cost efficiency and optimize capital and liquidity management
Provide financial analysis and strategic insights to support decision-making and long-term growth
Monitor risk and ensure effective controls across finance processes
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (professional qualifications such as CPA, CFA, or ACCA preferred)
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in financial planning, analysis, or asset management
Strong expertise in financial governance, compliance, and risk management
Proficiency in cash and liquidity management, working capital optimization, and capital management
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work cross-functionally and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
