Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily financial operations, including accounting, reporting, and cash flow management.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations, tax requirements, and industry standards.
  • Partner with senior management to drive financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and external stakeholders.
  • Lead and mentor the finance team, promoting a culture of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability.
  • Support business setup processes with financial insights and guidance.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial controls and operational efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master s degree or professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, or CMA preferred).
7+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Strong background in business setup, CSP, or corporate services industry (mandatory).
Excellent knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance frameworks.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and influence stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
