FINANCE manager

Job Description

A leading architectural lighting and landscape design services provider in Dubai working in the MENA region, seeks a dynamic and results-oriented finance professional with extensive experience in finance and accounting.
Reporting to the Managing Director and Commercial director, you will be responsible for the following duties:
Managing strategic projects and building, developing and maintaining strong working relationships with key stakeholders
Completing the budgeting, forecasting and planning process
Financial modelling, analysis and presentation of findings to senior stakeholders and executive team.
Preparation and review of the monthly business performance report and rolling 12-month forecasts
Overseeing the company s accounting process, monthly financial statements, and audited accounts.
Development and refinement of management accounting and reporting, including metrics/KPIs and enhanced business analysis
Managing of the company s receivables and follow up on collections.
Managing our relationships with banks and coordinating the receipt of bank finance if and when needed.
Implementing the business strategy plan.
Develop and maintain necessary controls and processes to ensure that legal and financial requirements and regulations are complied with.
Completion of statutory financial accounts.
Ensuring adherence with group policies and procedures
The successful candidate will possess the following characteristics:
A minimum of 5 years experience in finance management in a large corporate business
Bachelor degree preferably in Accounting with CA/CPA qualification
Strong leadership, team work and motivational skills
Strong analytical, modelling and commercial reporting skills
Superb verbal and written communication skills
