Job Overview
To provide leadership and strategic direction to the Finance function in addition to contributing towards the overall strategy of the company, by managing all operations and treasury related activities as well as designing risk assessment and control mechanism for all financial transactions undertaken by the company, in order to ensure adherence to regulatory and statutory compliance for all financial activities undertaken.
Reporting to: Executive Vice President
Responsibilities
Lead and direct the development and implementation of the Finance Department strategy, according to international standards and market best practices, in line with the company s strategy to ensure vertical alignment and horizontal integration with other interfacing departmental strategies across the company.
Oversee long term budgetary planning, cost management and cash flows to ensure availability of funds and maintain an adequate level of liquidity through sound financial practice, in order to guarantee smooth flow of operations.
Evaluate the investment and management of various assets and properties to ensure that they meet the specified investment goals.
Provide guidance and direction to ensure optimum risk- adjusted returns and portfolio diversification through superior asset allocation and selection.
Develop and implement internal control framework, guidelines, policies & procedures for the functioning of the finance division and assures appropriate controllership policies, for the corporate Holding Company.
Design and create a framework for monitoring business performance against the budget and presents the analysis for the same to assist decision making, for Holding Company and Subsidiaries.
Design and develop a market risk and financial risk evaluation framework to identify, evaluate, mitigate, and monitor the company, its subsidiaries and affiliates financial risk.
Ensure the organization s financial risk management policies, limits, and strategies are in compliance with applicable regulations, rating agency standards, and strategic imperatives of the organization.
Guide and oversee the preparation of various financial accounts namely the Income Statements, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statements and present insights to the senior management for key decision making.

Supervise the preparation, analysis, review and finalization of the organization budgets, financial accounts, variance analysis and long term financial plans, for corporate and Subsidiaries.
Standardize all accounting and reporting function across the Investment value chain, in order to maintain consistency of activities and reports.
Forecast the workforce requirements for the Department and develops a workforce plan accordingly, in discussion with the Department Heads and obtains requisite approvals.
Define the operating framework, policies and quality standards for the Department.
Participate and provide inputs in internal advisory committees, as applicable to the role.
Establish and monitor staff performance and development goals, assign accountabilities, set objectives, establish priorities, conduct annual performance appraisals, administer salary adjustments and monitor and evaluate results.
Ensure staff members receive timely and appropriate training and development.
Develop and oversee the implementation of policies, procedures and controls covering the finance function.
Follow all relevant EVP Instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
Provide recommendations for changes in policies and procedures to improve efficiency and cost effectiveness of operations.
Coordinates with relevant department directors on the preparation of periodical MIS and progress reports to keep the CEO & EVP informed about the budget variance, liquidity and cash management reports and any other reports requested from the CEO & EVP.
Key Skills
In-depth knowledge of statutory and internal financial management standards
Familiarity with Mergers and Acquisitions
In-depth knowledge of financial software
In-depth knowledge in Risk Management
Understanding of due diligence procedures
Prior experience in all aspects of Finance
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
Fluency in English Language
Good written and verbal Communication skills
Essential Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or equivalent Master s degree is preferred
Chartered Accountant, Certified Public Accountant would be an advantage
At least 8 years experience
Minimum 4 5 years experience in a Finance Manager position within a reputable global organization or a regional investment company in the GCC
Must have experience in Banking and Financial Services Industry
Should have experience in handling a large portfolio at least 1 million SAR investments and experience in M&A
Open to Saudi nationals in KSA now male & female
Salary/Compensation
Salary to be used as a guide only and will reflect experience levels and interview performance
Salary is between 30 40k SAR per month total package
