Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead the finance and accounts function across all retail outlets.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
  • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and daily sales reconciliation.
  • Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to senior management.
  • Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and vendor payments.
  • Ensure proper stock accounting, inventory control, and shrinkage analysis.
  • Implement internal financial controls and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Liaise with auditors, banks, suppliers, and external stakeholders.
  • Manage payroll oversight, commission calculations, and expense approvals.
  • Support decision-making with financial models and ROI analysis.
  • Drive process improvement, automation, and cost optimization across branches.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Professional qualification such as CA / ACCA / CPA is an advantage.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of finance experience, preferably in retail.
  • Strong understanding of POS systems, inventory accounting, and branch-level reconciliation.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel (advanced level).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a small finance team.
