Emirates Palace, Abu Dhabi offers award-winning 5-star luxury hospitality and authentic local experiences with 390 luxurious rooms and suites along with award-winning culinary cuisines.About The JobBased at the Emirates palace Mandarin Oriental, Abu Dhabi within the Finance Department, the Financial Accountant will play a key role in maintaining and improving financial processes, analysing financial data, and to assist the Director of Finance/ Assistant Financial Controller in all areas. The Financial Accountant reports to the Director of Finance/ Assistant Financial Controller.As Financial Accountant, you will be responsible for the following duties:Assist in the Preparation and review financial statements, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.Provides support in Feasibility Studies, ROI computations and project reviews.Supports in legal reviews of Contracts/ AgreementsAssist in preparation of MIS and data inputs into the systemParticipates in the Capex approval process and reviewsAids in Internal audit checks, Reviews and compliance to policies.Financial data analysis and preparation of Analytical statementsAssist the DOF on the Business Support function/ System supportAs Financial Accountant, We Expect From YouMust be a graduate with knowledge of accounting. ACCA or similar qualification will be an advantageMinimum of 5 years experience in a similar role preferably in a luxury Hotel Group, resort experience will be a plusMust possess hands on experience in Sun Accounting System and Hyperion systemOur commitment to you Learning & Development.
