We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in investment banking, significant fundraising experience, and the ability to drive strategic business planning initiatives. A Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation is required.

Key Responsibilities

● Financial Modeling & Analysis:

○ Develop, maintain, and update sophisticated financial models (DCF, LBO, merger models) to support investment decisions, valuation, and strategic planning.

○ Conduct in-depth financial and operational due diligence on potential investments, acquisitions, or fundraising targets.

● Fundraising & Transaction Execution:

○ Lead and support fundraising efforts (equity, debt, and alternative structures) from initial pitch development to final closing.

○ Prepare high-quality offering memoranda, investor presentations, and detailed information memorandums for potential investors and financial partners.

○ Coordinate with legal counsel, investors, and other stakeholders throughout the transaction process.

● Business Planning & Strategy:

○ Drive the annual and long-term business planning process, including forecasting, budgeting, and capital allocation recommendations.

○ Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and operational data to provide strategic insights to senior management.

○ Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor financial performance against strategic goals.

● Reporting & Communication:

○ Prepare detailed financial reports, variance analyses, and investor updates for internal and external audiences.

○ Present complex financial data and recommendations clearly and concisely to non-financial stakeholders.

Qualifications

● Experience: 4-5 years of progressive experience in a finance role, with a significant portion spent in Investment Banking (M&A, ECM, or DCM).

● Certifications: Mandatory possession of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.

● Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field. A Master's degree (e.g., MBA) is a plus.

● Skills:

○ Proven expertise in fundraising and transaction execution.

○ Exceptional proficiency in advanced financial modeling and valuation techniques.

○ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

○ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation abilities.

○ High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
