Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate financial statements, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
  • Conduct thorough monthly reconciliations of bank accounts and other financial statements to maintain data integrity.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for cost savings or revenue enhancement.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts, providing insightful financial analysis to support strategic decisions.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely invoice processing and collections.
  • Coordinate with external auditors during the annual audit process, providing necessary documentation and explanations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in financial accounting or a similar role, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Experience with accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of local and international accounting principles and tax regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions like VLOOKUP and pivot tables, is essential.
