Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

  • Support the budgeting and forecasting process by collecting, validating, and consolidating financial data.
  • Monitor key financial and operational KPIs related to hospital performance (e.g., patient revenues, utilization rates, cost per patient, etc.).
  • Conduct variance analysis between actual and budgeted figures, explaining trends and deviations.
  • Evaluate the financial performance of hospital departments and service lines.
  • Provide business intelligence and recommendations for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.
  • Support capital expenditure (CAPEX) evaluations and ROI analysis for new projects or medical equipment.
  • Collaborate with the revenue cycle, procurement, and HR teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency of financial operations.
  • Assist in audit preparation, compliance reviews, and adherence to UAE healthcare financial regulations.
  • Develop dashboards and financial models for management decision-making.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education: Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master s or MBA preferred).

  • Certification: CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 5 years of experience as a Financial Analyst in a hospital or healthcare organization in the UAE.
  • Strong understanding of UAE healthcare financial systems, insurance billing, and revenue cycle management.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or financial modeling tools.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
