We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support our Budget & Reports Manager in preparing financial reports, analyzing trends, and managing large financial datasets. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial reports and conduct variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
  
• Work with large datasets from SAP and internal systems to ensure accurate reporting
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain data integrity
  
• Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and post required P&L adjustments
  
• Build dashboards and trend reports using Excel, Power BI, and Business Objects

Skills Required:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  
• 13 years of experience in financial analysis, MIS, or reporting
  
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
  
• Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards, macros), Power BI, and SAP ERP
  
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
  
• Ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment
