Responsibilities

• Conduct analysis of current and past trends in key performance indicators.
• Participate in the month-end close process by preparing variance analysis reports.
• Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with forecasts.
• Support strategic analysis projects and decision-making processes with financial data.
• Develop and streamline reporting systems to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Identify trends and opportunities for improvement, offering analyses on costs and revenues.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards in all analyses and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or similar finance role.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting tools.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and other financial analysis software.
• Excellent analytical skills with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently when necessary.
