Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of financial analysts.
2. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Oversee the preparation of financial forecasts, budgets, and long-range plans.
3. Budgeting & Forecasting: Manage the annual budgeting process and develop rolling forecasts to track financial performance.
4. Variance Analysis: Analyze actual financial results against budgets and forecasts, identifying key variances and providing explanations.
5. Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
6. Performance Monitoring: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the company's financial performance.
7. Investment Analysis: Evaluate potential investment opportunities, including real estate development projects, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
8. Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and investment decisions.
9. Business Partnering: Partner with business units to provide financial insights and support their decision-making processes.
10. Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the finance function.
11. Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. [10-15] years of experience in financial analysis, with at least [3-5] years in a supervisory or management role. Strong knowledge of financial planning and analysis principles. Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis techniques. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to lead and motivate a team. Experience with financial reporting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle). CFA or CPA certification is preferred. Fluency in Arabic and English languages (written and spoken) is preferred.
