Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a Financial Business Analyst to analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights that support strategic decision-making and financial planning. The ideal candidate will focus on evaluating financial performance, forecasting future trends, conducting cost-benefit analysis, and recommending actions to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.

Work Location - Abu Dhabi

Your key missions will consist of

  • Develop budgets, forecasts & financial models aligned with company goals
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities & recommend profitability improvements
  • Prepare financial reports & dashboards with actionable insights for management
  • Identify financial risks & support mitigation planning
  • Track key financial & operational KPIs and update stakeholders
  • Support strategic financial planning & executive decision-making through analysis
  • Conduct scenario analysis & build financial models to support planning
  • Analyze financial data, trends & variances to support strategic decisions
  • Present financial findings & recommendations to leadership teams

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Master's degree or equivalent in Finance or related field.
  • Minimum 3–8 years of proven experience in business or financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data, trends, and variances
  • Experience in KPI tracking, dashboard creation, and performance reporting
  • Ability to identify financial risks, cost-saving opportunities, and profitability improvement initiatives
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel; experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage
  • Strong presentation and communication skills to convey insights to senior leadership
  • Experience supporting strategic planning and executive decision-making
  • High attention to detail with a problem-solving and results-oriented mindset
