Job Purpose: To analyze and report on the financial
performance of Business Groups.
Accountabilities:
Verification
and monitoring:
1- Verify
analyze and report day to day financial transactions / MTM with the system
records
2- Monitor GL
on a daily basis for movements in Assets / Liabilities / Income / Expenditure
and report on irregularities
3- Investigate,
verify and reconcile periodical reports
4- Verify and
provide profitability history to the Business Group
5- Verify and
report on drawdowns, settlements, deposits, etc.
6- MBO
reconciliations.
Planning/Budgeting/Reviews:
1- Prepare and
validate asset forecasts in coordination with Business
2- Assist in
the rollout of the annual budgeting
3- Assist in
preparation of Quarterly/Periodic performance reviews
Modeling:
1- Develop/Update
models to improve reporting/control process
Reporting:
1- Prepare and
circulate daily, weekly, monthly, periodic reports as per the reporting
calendar
2- Prepare and
circulate the Customer profitability report
3- Support the
business Groups and HR functions in the performance management cycle.
4- Any Ad-hoc reports as requested by the
management.
Others:
1- Inter
departmental coordination to achieve common objectives
2- Maintain
confidentiality and safe custody of documents/ records

Work fully within risk policies and procedures
and all compliance regulations.


Banking / Financial Services / Broking

Accounts / Taxation / Audit / Company Secretary

Desired Candidate Profile

Education / Qualifications: Bachelors
in Commerce/Finance, CA CPA CMA MBA finance preferred
Knowledge:
Strong
concepts in accounting techniques and practices
Good
knowledge of financial and accounting standards
Knowledge of
banking activities and the implications for financial reporting
Advanced MS
Excel skills
Experience: 4 6 years in the Finance domain of Banking
Accreditation
/ Licensing: N/A
Generic /
Specific Skills:
Proficient
in MS Office
Good
communication skills
Ability to
multi task
Analytical Thinking
Conceptual Thinking
