Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and implement a dynamic curriculum that fosters creativity and critical thinking in students through various art mediums.
- Assess and evaluate student progress through constructive feedback, tailored assessments, and showcasing their work in exhibitions.
- Cultivate an inclusive classroom environment that promotes collaboration, diverse perspectives, and respect for individual artistic expression.
- Incorporate art history and theory into lessons to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the cultural significance of art.
- Organize and lead field trips to galleries, museums, and artist studios to inspire students and enhance their learning experiences.
- Stay updated with current trends in the art world and integrate contemporary practices into teaching methodologies.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about student progress, upcoming projects, and opportunities for involvement.
- Manage classroom resources and materials effectively, ensuring a well-equipped studio space conducive to artistic exploration.

- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Art Education, or a related field is essential to establish a strong foundational knowledge.
