Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular inspections and testing of fire alarm systems to ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational standards.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions in fire alarm systems, implementing effective solutions to restore functionality promptly.
  • Install and configure fire alarm systems, ensuring proper integration with existing safety equipment and infrastructure.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of service records, inspection reports, and compliance certificates for regulatory audits.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in electronics or a related field is preferred.
  • Hold relevant certifications, such as NICET (National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies) in fire alarm systems.
  • Have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in installing and maintaining fire alarm systems in commercial settings.
  • Familiarity with local fire codes and regulations is essential to ensure compliance in all installations and inspections.
