Roles & Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in QS, Civil Engineering, or related field
  • 6 months – 2 years UAE experience in Fit-Out estimation preferred
  • Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, SketchUp, PlanSwift
  • Strong knowledge of fit-out works -MEP, joinery, civil works
  • Good understanding of FM costing -AMC, PPM, reactive maintenance
  • Strong numerical and negotiation skills
  • Fluent English communication Mandatory
