Roles & Responsibilities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in QS, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 6 months – 2 years UAE experience in Fit-Out estimation preferred
- Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, SketchUp, PlanSwift
- Strong knowledge of fit-out works -MEP, joinery, civil works
- Good understanding of FM costing -AMC, PPM, reactive maintenance
- Strong numerical and negotiation skills
- Fluent English communication Mandatory
