Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily site visits to monitor work progress and ensure adherence to approved design and quality standards.
  • Review shop drawings and coordinate them with actual site measurements.
  • Supervise fit-out contractors and ensure compliance with tender/IFC drawings.
  • Coordinate with project managers, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.
  • Prepare and maintain site reports, progress updates, and compliance documentation.
  • Ensure all fit-out works follow project timelines, HSE standards, and specifications.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design.
  • 5–10 years experience in fit-out site supervision and project coordination.
  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (ability to prepare and modify DWG drawings).
  • UAE experience preferred.
  • Must hold a valid UAE driving license.
  • Ability to work 6 days a week on-site.
