Job Description
Fitness Instructor Accor Dubai, UAEbr>
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and ensure all gym and audio-visual equipment are in excellent working condition.
- Keep maintenance logs updated and implement preventive maintenance plans when needed.
- Manage fitness center retail operations including stock control, inventory, and sales.
- Oversee both indoor and outdoor leisure facilities and programs.
- Develop and conduct personalized exercise programs and private training sessions for guests.
- Provide fitness consultations and health assessments for new or returning guests.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety throughout the gym area.
- Stay informed of the latest trends and innovations in fitness and leisure services.
- Handle guest feedback or complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor guest health and ensure compliance with safety and medical screening procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile
Ideal Profile
- Internationally recognized certification in Personal Training or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Fitness Instructor, preferably in the hospitality sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good understanding of fitness assessments, program design, and health safety standards.
- Passionate about wellness, guest engagement, and continuous learning.
