Knowledge in all the equipment offered from Horizon gym is preferable.
First Aid Certified. Preference for candidates with Degree in Sports Science.
Training courses in Team Management, Leadership skills, Problem solving, etc. are desirable.
Role & Responsibilities:
To effectively manage and drive the Fitness Team (Floor Assistant, Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer and Floor Manager) within Horizon Health Clubs.
To successfully meet all KPI's and fitness budgets and contribute to brand growth and business profitability.
To ensure the Fitness and Product Standards are followed and executed by the fitness team.
To Monitor and review Horizon member's needs, which includes the New member Journey and daily experience, Gym Floor Activities and Personal Training service.

Experience as team leader and in personal training.
5 years experience in 5 star facilities preferred.
Motivate people in a passionate and personal manner.
Communicate effectively and have confidence in presenting to the public.
Maintain a positive attitude at all times.
Design routines and programs to achieve fitness goals, and tailor routines.
Plan, design, implement and review tailored personal training programs.
Fluency in spoken and written English language is a must. Knowledge of Arabic will be definite plus.
Adhere to Occupational Health and Safety procedures at all times.
Manage conflict and negotiate win/win outcomes.
