Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Fitness Training:
o Design and implement customized fitness programs for the princess and her close family members, including her mother and sisters.
o Focus on fitness strength training, progressive overload techniques, and other relevant training methodologies.
o Conduct regular assessments to track progress and adjust programs as necessary.
Dietary Coordination:
o Collaborate with the family s nutritionist and chef to develop menus that align with fitness goals, focusing on macro and micronutrient needs.
o Provide input on meal plans and ensure they are optimized for the family s health and fitness requirements.
Procurement and Management of Ingredients:
o Take responsibility for ordering and acquiring the necessary groceries and ingredients from local supermarkets and specialty stores.
o Ensure that all ingredients meet the highest quality standards and dietary requirements.
Additional Duties:
o Be flexible in assisting the princess with other tasks as requested, including but not limited to event planning, personal shopping, and organizing schedules.
o Accompany the princess on her travels, ensuring continuity of fitness routines and dietary plans during trips.
Desired Candidate Profile
Certified Personal Trainer with relevant credentials .
- Extensive experience in fitness strength training, progressive overload training, and other advanced training techniques.
- Knowledgeable in nutrition and diet planning, particularly in macro and micronutrient management.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Willingness to travel frequently and accommodate a flexible schedule.
