Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end operations for interior design and fit-out projects.
- Plan, schedule and manage project timelines, resources and budgets.
- Coordinate with designers, engineers, site supervisors and subcontractors.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery with high-quality standards.
- Implement operational procedures, improve workflow and reduce project delays.
- Prepare project budgets and monitor actual costs versus forecasts.
- Review subcontractor quotations, negotiate pricing and approve variations.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and regulatory requirements.
- Manage procurement, materials and vendor relationships.
- Prepare progress reports and present project updates to management.
- Lead and motivate site teams to maintain high performance.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations within the interior design/ fit-out industry
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design or related field.
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
- Solid knowledge of interior materials, fit-out processes and project execution
