Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and manage a robust pipeline of fit-out projects, focusing on securing new business opportunities within the commercial sector.
- Develop and present compelling proposals and quotations tailored to client needs, showcasing a deep understanding of design and construction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including architects, interior designers, and end-users, to drive project success.
- Conduct thorough site visits and needs assessments, providing expert advice on fit-out solutions and value engineering.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively, ensuring profitability and alignment with company objectives.
- Collaborate closely with the project management and design teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Demonstrates a minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience within the fit-out or related construction industry.
