Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Role & responsibilities:


a. Setting schedules, detecting machine malfunctions, maintaining supplies, motivating workers, and making sure production goals are met.

b. Communication and time management.

c. Supervise and provide leadership to planning staff to enhance team performance.

d. Develop and maintain efficient production schedules to meet customer demand accurately.

e. Coordinate across departments to align manufacturing activities with production goals.

f. Analyze and interpret production data to forecast future manufacturing needs effectively.

g. Optimize resource allocation, ensuring materials and labor are available as needed.

h. Implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce production costs.

i. Monitor quality standards and compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

j. Prepare detailed reports on production performance and present findings to management.

k. Manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstock of materials and products.

l. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of materials needed for production.

m. Resolve any production issues that may arise promptly to avoid disruptions.

n. Collaborate with R&D and Quality Assurance in new product development and launches.

o. Safety stock maintaining

p. Willing to work in shift
