Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Craft stunning floral arrangements, bouquets, and centerpieces based on customer preferences and event requirements, ensuring each design is a work of art.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to client needs, offering expert advice on flower selection, and guiding them through the ordering process.
  • Manage and maintain the shop's inventory, including ordering fresh flowers, plants, and supplies, and ensuring proper storage and handling to maximize freshness and longevity.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing shop environment, including arranging displays, watering plants, and tidying work areas.
  • Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems, handle cash and credit card payments, and maintain detailed sales records.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Exhibits creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality floral designs.
  • Possesses a genuine passion for flowers, a keen eye for design, and the ability to create visually appealing arrangements.
  • Demonstrates 1-2 years of experience in a retail or sales environment, preferably within the floral industry.
