Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and create unique floral arrangements for various occasions, ensuring each piece reflects the customer's vision and preferences.
- Manage inventory levels by ordering flowers and supplies, ensuring freshness and availability for peak seasons.
- Provide exceptional customer service by offering expert advice on floral choices and care, enhancing the overall shopping experience.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the shop, creating an inviting atmosphere for customers.
Desired Candidate Profile
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in floral design or a related field is a plus.
Good English is MUST!
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a florist role, showcasing a strong portfolio of floral arrangements.
Experience in event planning and execution, particularly in weddings or corporate functions, is highly valued.
