JOB DESCRIPTION FOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE Abu Dhabi
Purpose:
The key responsibility is to support the business development department by enhancing performance, achieving sales targets and maintaining customer relationships.
Business Development Executive Responsibilities and Duties:
Arabic speaking is a must
Provide assistance to BD Personnel in capturing new clients.
Provide support to BD Personnel in strengthening customers base.
Assist BD personnel in maintaining and updating customer database.
Perform Cold calls and fix-up meeting for BD Manager.
Telemarketing to promote services provided by the company.
Proposal/Quotation Preparation and Tender Documentation Assistance.
Answer and respond to customer inquiries regarding services provided by the company.
Enquiry from Proposal /Tender to Bidding Process Assistance & Coordination.
Assist and support business development team in achieving hundred percent sales outcomes.
Generate lead possibilities and communicate to the BD department.
Execute sales orders received through inbound calls from customers.
Schedule and organize sales meetings with the prospective customers.
Coordinate between business development and operations departments.
Assist and support sales team to get Sub contract quotation and vendor database updating.
Contract Preparation and payment follow up.
Updating of Sale Pro Software.
Coordinate with Accounts Department for Contract/ Job Booking and Invoicing
5 years UAE experience with 2 years in Abu Dhabi
Must be familiar with FM industry
Must be an English/Arabic speaking
Must have UAE Driving License
