We are looking for experienced Food & Beverage Operations Manager, under the general direction of the General Manager, within the limits of the resort policies and Procedures, part of resort executive representative for the purpose of ensuring maximum satisfaction level of F&B service management.
Responsible for food and beverage operations, including Restaurants/Bars, Room Service and Banquets/Catering, where applicable. This role directs the development and implementation of departmental strategies and ensures implementation of the brand standard strategy, ensures employee satisfaction, and focuses on growing revenues and maximizing the financial performance of the department. Develops and implements schemes that bring products and services to meet or exceed the needs and expectations of the Guests, property employees and provides a return on investment.
Monitor the department s actual and expected sales to ensure revenue goals are met or target exceeded and opportunities are identified and addressed.
Develops and Manage Food and Beverage budget
Ensures food & beverage policies are in place in areas and followed by all related employees.
Achievement of budgeted food sales, beverage sales, labour costs and profitability.
Involve in recruiting food & beverage leadership team members who demonstrate strong food & beverage background, creativity and entrepreneurial leadership to meet the business needs of the operation.
Develops service by communicating and supporting the team to understand guest needs, providing guidance, feedback, and individual coaching if required.
Experience & Skills
Solid experience in the position of F&B Operations Manager, or F&B Manager in upscale 5 star resort not less than 3 years.
Bachelor Degree on Hospitality and Tourism Industry.
Overall hospitality experience not less than 10 years.
Work experience in UAE is must.
Fluent in English. Arabic Language is an advantage.
