Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the food and beverage outlets, ensuring seamless service and guest satisfaction.
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff to uphold service standards and achieve performance goals.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and control costs to maintain profitability within budget constraints.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally, ensuring guest retention.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Holds a minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry.
- Demonstrates strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Exhibits excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and staff.
