We are looking for F&B Supervisor for our Company. Specific responsibilities and duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Responsible for retail shops in our company, dealing with high corporate profiles and ability to develop and introduce varieties and offers regularly based on demand
• Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
• Responsible for discussing the menus, Cost control especially Food cost and should be able to manage and solve staffs’ issues.
• Responsible to oversee food preparations and food storage etc.
• Identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
• Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service; respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally
• Responsible for maintaining best quality food ensuring that safety regulations are strictly implemented/followed. Also, should be able to establish excellent relation with client/customers.
• Should have excellent employee management skills and should be able to motivate the staff, performance appraisal, conducting trainings etc.
• Should display strong leadership, problem-solving, customer service and organizational skills. Detail-oriented individuals with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse personnel, such as food vendors, cooks, and servers, are often well equipped to meet the demands of this job.

Job Skills & Qualifications required:
• Must have a Degree or Diploma in Hotel / Hospitality Management.
• Should be able to communicate fluently in English.
• Minimum 05 Years’ experience as a F&B Supervisor or in similar position, preferably from a retail background or 5* hotel or leading chain of restaurants.
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel (familiar with other software) and should be able to work on consolidating different reports for month end invoicing and follow up with clients.
• Should possess Food safety (HACCP) level 2 certification.
