Food Processing Production Unit Manager

Manage the entire agri-food production unit by ensuring safety, quality, performance, line availability and the achievement of production targets.

• Supervise all production operations: planning, scheduling, manufacturing, packaging.
• Ensure the implementation of hygiene, quality and safety standards (HACCP, ISO, GMP).
• Optimizing industrial processes to improve productivity.
• Coordinate the teams: production, maintenance, quality, supply chain.
• Develop and monitor KPIs: OEE, yield, scrap rate, machine downtime
• Manage the unit's budget and optimize costs.
• Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Ensure the site's regulatory compliance.
• Ensure the development of team skills.
• Report regularly to the general management.

Food processing engineer, production engineer, industrial engineer or equivalent.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing a production unit.
• Solid knowledge of industrial management.
• Mastery of agri-food processes and quality standards.
• Leadership, decision-making, sense of priorities.
• Ability to manage emergency situations.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing (5S, Kaizen).
