Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Implement and monitor food safety and hygiene policies across all production and service areas.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure that materials, tanks, and equipment are clean, sanitized, and operating properly.
Perform routine testing and analysis of raw materials, water, and final products to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
Ensure compliance with HACCP, ISO 22000, and local food safety regulations.
Coordinate with external public health and hygiene service companies that provide pest control, germ control, food safety, hygiene, and scenting services.
Maintain detailed documentation and reports of inspections, testing, audits, and corrective actions.
Train staff on food handling, hygiene, and sanitation procedures.
Investigate any food safety concerns and implement corrective and preventive measures.
Collaborate with suppliers and contractors to ensure adherence to safety and hygiene standards.
Stay updated on new technologies, standards, and regulatory requirements in food safety.
